Initial Fees:
$900.00+GST (if in Canada), or US$910.00 (up to 5 international classes, if outside Canada)
* The Initial fees include legal fees for a word mark search for identical trademark
in the Canadian government trademark database, processing and filing each
application, the government filing fee for each application and forwarding the
initial government proof sheet. After the filing, additional fees will be charged on an hourly basis.
* If our search indicates that your trademark is not suitable for registration, you will only
be charged $115.00 plus GST for the trademark search and our opinion if inside Canada or US$120.00 if outside Canada. The rest of the money will
be returned to you.

(6) After the initial filing, legal fees will be charged on an hourly basis.
(7) After the application is approved, the government will charge $200 for the registration
which is to be valid for 15 years.
